Shipping Carrier

1. Our delivery partners: USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other Ground Truck Carriers.

2. Orders will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout, Your order should normally reach you within 4 to 5 working days (excludes Weekends and Public Holidays) of receipt of your order, but could take up to 7 working days (excludes Weekends and Public Holidays) to reach you.

3. Your signature would be asked to confirm the successful delivery when you receive the items.

4. We make every effort to ensure your items be delivered as soon as possible after we receiving it. In the event of a delay, we will contact you in advance.

5. The minimum order quantity is $100, and there will be a 30% discount on the first order.

6. Free shipping - over $300 and standard volume & weight.

7. Accumulated purchases of over $2000 minus 100.

8. Extra shipping fees will be charged for oversized products.

Tax

1. 8. 5% sales tax will be charged for orders destined for California.

2. If you have a Resale Certification, send it to us and we will refund it within 5 working days.

Extra Charge

1. If the delivery is unsuccessful twice and returned to us, we will charge a certain freight according to carrier's charge.

2. For FRP gratings, FRP rebar and stake, if the package exceed 96 inches in length or 130 inches in length and girth, then the freight need to be calculated again.
